LEED Platinum

Evergreen Tower

48-story residential tower that actually produces more energy than it uses. Yeah, you read that right. We integrated solar panels into the facade design, and it's been a game-changer for urban sustainability.

Heritage Block Revival

1920s warehouse turned mixed-use space. Kept the original brick, upgraded everything else.

Waterfront Commons

Public space redesign with native plant species and rainwater management systems.

False Creek, Vancouver

LEED Gold

Skyline Residences

35-floor condo with vertical gardens on every fifth floor. The residents have basically started their own rooftop farming community, which wasn't planned but we'll take credit anyway.

Meridian Corporate Centre

28-story office building with smart glass technology that adjusts tint based on sun exposure. Cut cooling costs by 40%.

Richmond, BC

Heritage Project

Granville Theatre Restoration

Art deco beauty from 1935 that needed serious love. Preserved the original marquee and interior while sneaking in modern HVAC and accessibility features.

Urban Planning

Robson Corridor Redesign

Pedestrian-first street design with bike lanes and seating areas that actually get used.

West End, Vancouver

The Cascades

Mixed-use with retail below, apartments above. Simple concept, tricky execution.

Burnaby, BC

LEED Platinum

Harbour Point Tower

52-story waterfront tower that became our most ambitious project yet. Geothermal heating, greywater recycling, and floor-to-ceiling windows that somehow don't turn units into greenhouses in summer. Took us three years and way too many late nights, but the view from the top floor? Worth it.

Seawall Community Hub

Low-rise community center with green roof and passive solar design. Sometimes the best projects aren't the tallest ones – this place brought a neighborhood together.

Kitsilano, Vancouver

Completed: February 2024

Adaptive Reuse

Rail Yards Conversion

Old rail maintenance facility turned creative office space. Exposed steel beams, polished concrete, all that good stuff. The original crane's still there as a design feature.
